We want getting your Pawthentic order to be simple. Orders may be shipped from different locations depending on the product, so delivery times can vary.
Once your order is on its way, tracking information will be provided where available.
Returns
We want you and your best mate to be happy with your order. If something arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help make it right.
For change-of-mind returns, please contact us before sending anything back. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Some products may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
